What are some best practices to compile and test an app?

Hey there,

I'm new to the titanium world and am jumping head first into Alloy dev.

I'm used to web development where I can make a change and see my results instantaneously. However with Titanium, I feel like I make a change, and then compile, and wait. I've been mostly doing this to MobileWeb until some of my functions were not available on the MobileWeb ( like Titanium.Database ).

So here's some direct questions:

• Is there a keyboard shortcut or 1 click icon to run an app?
• Android takes FOREVER to startup, any way to speed that up?
• Does launching the app straight on the phone instead of an emulator faster?
• Any thing else a noob like me should know?
